Ronald J. Berg is the founder and President of the Berg Legal Clinic.  He has practiced law 34 years in Tidewater.  Mr. Berg graduated from the University of Virginia in 1960, and received his law degree from T. C. Williams School of Law in Richmond, Virginia in 1964 at which time he was admitted to the Virginia State Bar.  Mr. Berg is an active member and financial contributor to the National Association For Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) where he has attended 5 national conventions since 1993 and has twice gone to Washington, D.C. as a NACBA member trained to and did in fact lobby all the Virginia Congressmen and Senators for the purpose of encouraging them to vote against the anti-debtor proposed Bankruptcy Reform.  Mr. Berg is admitted to practice before the local Bankruptcy Court, the Federal District Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
